I'm an architect by training and a CGI artist by profession. I work with architects, developers and marketing agencies to show residential projects before they're built.
Because I read drawings like an architect, the images are accurate the first time. I also trained in CGI for film and games, so I model and texture custom details myself instead of relying on stock assets.
